As someone who heard only bits and pieces of this song over the years the real exploration came when this song got featured in one of Vivek’s comedies from Padikaadhavan (2009) movie and even back then I overlooked it.

When I started this series and when I went to Annakili album, this song stood out the initial bit was familiar because of the said comedy sequence but when I listened to the whole song it hit me that I’ve heard this song numerous times in bits and pieces but I failed to overlook the initial bit until the comedy sequence. It’s a shame that I overlooked it, it is such a joyful song from the album.
